Westford Grille is a unique and fun place to have a
special function or party. Saturday and Sunday afternoons
from 12-3:30 the dining room is available exclusively
for private parties (though you are not limited to these
days and times.) |
| Guidelines
for large parties (15 or more) and private functions |
| Depending
on the size of your party and availability of the rooms
you may have one or both rooms. Each dining room can
accommodate 40 people. You have the option of creating
your own buffet or creating your own menu. |
| Buffets
are available on Saturdays and Sunday afternoons. Please
see the menus
for guidelines.

| If
you choose to have a plated dinner or lunch there
are four dinner menus
to choose from (available at any hour) and one for lunch
only. Each menu specifies what choices need to be made
and a price per person. |
| Please
do keep in mind the prices do not include 5% meals tax
or 18% gratuity. |

| You
have the choice of paying for your guests alcoholic
beverages. |
| All
food choices need to be made at least 10 days prior
to the party. |
| Some
large parties like to bring in their own cake. We do
include a $10 charge for serving and clean up of cakes
not purchased from us. |
| When
booking a party no deposit is required, we just require
a credit card number to hold the room. |

note for all large parties 18% gratuity will be added,
along with 5% MA meals tax.
