Heart shaped ravioli stuffed with Maine lobster meat and tossed in a red pepper cream sauce

Lemongrass marinated and served over jasmine rice
With roasted baby broccoli and cilantro-lime buerre blanc

A Twelve ounce bone-in chicken breast house brined and
slow roasted. Finished with a lemon thyme jus and served with
Garlic mashed, and grilled baby broccoli.

R o a s t   P r i m e   R i b   A u   J u s
Fourteen ounce cut of slow roasted choice prime rib. Served with roasted
butternut squash, garlic mashed potatoes, and rosemary au jus.

V e a l   S a l t i m b o c c a
Veal Scaloppini sautéed with shallots, mushrooms, and tomatoes in a
white wine sauce with proscuitto and fresh sage. Finished with shaved parmesan
and served over Fresh Fettuccine.

Freshwater Char seasoned with our house dry rub and seared. Finished with lemon vinaigrette
and served over sautéed spinach and pine nut couscous
